  • from the lumbar spine to the tips of the toes

Time investment: 18 minutes per training session

Ideal training rhythm: 3x per week



upper Body CHALLENGE

Focus: Upper Body

  • recovery training for the entire shoulder girdle

Time investment: 16-20 minutes per workout
